Regarding how to obtain samples:
1. Sample Costs
The customer provides specific information about the sample, including model, specifications, material and color…
If the required sample is in stock, it will be provided free of charge, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost, which is usually around $50.
If the sample is not in stock and needs to be manufactured, a sample production fee and shipping cost will be charged, generally ranging from $100 to $300.
2. Production Time
The sample production time is usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the sample structure and manufacturing process.
3. Shipping
Once the sample is completed, it will be shipped via courier, and the customer will be provided with a tracking number. If the customer confirms that the sample is satisfactory, the next process will begin. If the customer deems the sample unsatisfactory, a free remake can be arranged.
